Do you provide square foot pricing for projects in Kelowna?
No. Every custom home and renovation project in Kelowna and the Central Okanagan is unique, so we provide a detailed, itemized project quote based on your specific scope, design, and requirements.
Do you offer fixed-price contracts?
Yes. We offer both fixed-price and cost-plus contracts depending on the project scope and level of flexibility required.
Fixed-Price Contract
A fixed-price contract provides budget certainty. A detailed project scope is established upfront with a defined cost. If changes are requested during construction, they are reviewed, documented, and approved before proceeding to ensure transparency and budget control.
Cost-Plus Contract
A cost-plus contract is ideal for projects where the scope may evolve. We provide an estimated cost range based on the initial scope, plus a fixed general contracting fee based on project duration.
This model offers flexibility while maintaining transparency through detailed cost breakdowns, helping you track expenses and manage decisions throughout the build.
