Initial Consultation
Start by reaching out early in your planning stage. Contact Rob at 250-470-3919 or rob@lonewolfhomes.com to discuss your project. Whether you are planning a custom home build, renovation, or addition, we encourage early engagement to better understand your goals, budget, and timeline..

Concept & Site Meeting
We arrange a site visit or in-home consultation to review your ideas, space requirements, and overall vision. For renovations or additions, we assess the existing space. For new custom homes, we review plans or help develop your concept. During this stage, we gather measurements, discuss layout options, materials, functionality, and establish a realistic budget range and timeline.
This step ensures your project direction is clearly defined from the beginning.

Project Scope & Budget Approval
Once all details are gathered, we prepare a detailed project scope and construction budget or a custom home building contract. We review everything with you in person and refine the plan based on your feedback. Once approved, your project is scheduled. A structured draw schedule with key milestones is provided, allowing for clear progress tracking throughout construction.

Construction Phase
Construction is led by Rob, your primary point of contact and General Contractor. He coordinates the LoneWolf Homes team, consultants, trades, and suppliers to ensure the project is executed smoothly and efficiently.
Throughout the build, we maintain clear and consistent communication, providing regular updates and guiding you through key decisions, including floor plan refinements, structural elements, HVAC, electrical and plumbing layouts, as well as interior and exterior finishes and fixtures.
Our goal is to deliver a stress-free building experience through proactive communication, strong quality control, and reliable on-time, on-budget execution.

Final Completion & Handover
Once construction is complete, we conduct a detailed walkthrough to identify and address any final adjustments or deficiencies. After everything is finalized and approved, we complete a final walkthrough and hand over the keys to your newly built or renovated home.
At this stage, your project is officially complete, and you can begin enjoying your finished space with confidence.
